In this resource you will find a maths strategy poster for support in solving problems, along with problems for EYFS all the way to Year 6.
These are a collection of puzzles I’ve collated or in some areas created, as a starting point to introduce the eight strategies for solving maths problems. In this collection of problems, each one is designed in a way that students can use one or two or the strategies to help solve the problem. Many of the problems are open ended, meaning I haven’t included answers, but I hope to add in some notes in the future to support the teaching of them.
