A set of problem solving challenges as a slide deck for 9-11 year olds who are confident in addition and subtraction with decimals.
In this slide deck, which can be shared directly with students , is a collection of puzzles designed to test understanding of decimal notation and place value up to thousandths. Some are taken from Don Steward’s Median Blog, some are pyramid problems with an open ended challenge. No solutions yet, I’ll try to add some eventually!
