A set of 60 lesson starters for discussion for Reception, including notes, images and prompts.
Much of the material developed for this initiative is based on a Hungarian Series, edited by Professor Sándor Hajdu at the Petö Institute in Budapest, and published by Müszaki Könyvkiadó. This has been adapted and modified for UK schools with the help of Professor Tibor Szalontai and Rita Szalontai. The content was aimed at 5 year olds in the Hungarian system, and so may not be perfect for the start of the year in Reception. These tasks are over 25 years old, and the website looks equally as rustic! But all the links are there and the PDFs are downloadable. For Now!
